Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your city, courier operations, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Availability

At the moment, we provide shipping only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please make sure to pay only the exact amount mentioned on your order invoice or confirmation at the time of delivery.

5. Damaged or Open Parcels

Please do not accept the parcel if it appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged parcel, contact our customer support immediately with your order number and parcel pictures
