All orders are confirmed within 24 hours of placement. We process and dispatch orders 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure timely delivery.

- Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operations.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden delivery charges.
4. Shipping Availability
We currently deliver all across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and pay the exact amount at the time of delivery
6. Order Confirmation
Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.
7. Damaged or Open Parcels
Please do not accept any parcel that appears opened, damaged, or tampered with. If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving it and share clear photos of the package and product.
